How the “Welcome Back Special” Works

Step 1: Select a Re-Evaluation Option
A re-evaluation is a brief review with the doctor to check your progress since your last visit, assess any new
concerns, and discuss the best care plan moving forward.

Step 2: Choose Optional Treatment
You can add a Chiropractic Adjustment, Medical Massage, or both.

Step 3: Calculating Your Total Visit Cost (at Time of Service)
Your Total = Re-Evaluation + Treatment

If you’re unsure about needing X-rays, don’t worry!
You can speak with the doctor during your appointment. If X-rays are medically necessary, they’ll be recommended at that time.
