COVID-19 RESPONSE:
As we continue to monitor the state of affairs surrounding COVID-19, patient safety is of our upmost priority here at Reform Chiropractic. As an essential healthcare service, we view chiropractic care as a vital part of our community and thus will continue to serve our patients. We are meticulously observing all updates concerning COVID-19 and following protocols set forth by the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as state and local health departments. We vow to inform patients if our hours of operation need to be adjusted as the COVID-19 status further develops.
Policy
In response to health concerns, we have implemented increased sanitation protocols, deep cleaning and disinfection of our office, following the 6 foot rule set forth by the CDC, and prescreening every patient before entering the office with infrared thermometer testing.
Assistance from You
We would like to ask patients to help support our efforts in making your visit as safe as possible by remaining at home if you are feeling unwell, have immunodeficiencies, comorbidities (older adults and people of any age with underlying health conditions, such as lung disease, or heart disease), infants and children with underdeveloped immune systems. We also ask that you refrain from bringing guests unless needed to further reduce unnecessary chances of exposure.
